I moved the motorcycle into the dining room yesterday. I think this will be good for the sake of things getting done on the bike and detrimental to just about everything else. When I am constantly exposed to something, especially something as inspiring as a bike, I tend to start having ideas at a higher rate than I can process or deal with them. ( Read more... )

My motorcycle needed to be out of the old sign shop by this weekend. The company that manages the old shop building (as well as the new one and most of the Parkville neighborhood, it seems) has a tendency to do slightly less than the minimal amount of work needed in any given situation. The snow came on a bit harder than some forecasts had opined. The rud bwai and I installed a sign this morning as the first flakes began to fall. I guided the Astro van back to the shop, its worn tires breaking free above 15 mph.
